How do I get a medication refill in Bangkok?
Chat with our Care Team and share your medication details or your previous prescription. One of our doctors reviews the request in line with Thai medical regulations. Once it is approved, you can collect your medication from one of our clinics in Asok, Sathorn or Phrom Phong, or arrange delivery within Bangkok for eligible prescriptions.
Do I need a consultation before I can get a refill?
If you are already a HealthDeliver patient, we review your records. If you are new to us, we may recommend a consultation before issuing a refill. In some cases the doctor may also recommend updated blood tests to make sure your treatment remains safe and appropriate.
Can my medication be delivered?
Yes. Delivery within Bangkok is available for eligible prescriptions. You can also collect your medication from one of our clinics. Our Care Team will guide you to the fastest option.
Which medications can you refill?
We support refills for blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol and thyroid medication, hormone treatments and other long-term prescriptions. If you are not sure whether your medication qualifies, chat with our Care Team and we will check for you.
Can I get a refill of a controlled medicine?
Controlled medicines can only be supplied a short time in advance. For general prescriptions, longer repeat periods may be available. Every refill is reviewed by our doctors in line with Thai medical regulations.
