What to expect if you are new to treatment, an expat or a visitor to Thailand.
Yes. Ozempic, Mounjaro, Wegovy, Saxenda and Rybelsus are prescription-only in Thailand. You cannot buy them over the counter, and a foreign prescription cannot be dispensed directly: you need a consultation with a licensed Thai doctor first. Any clinic or website selling these medications without a consultation is operating outside the law.
Yes. Visitors staying a few days, weeks or months can see one of our doctors and receive a prescription if it is clinically appropriate. Tell us how long you are staying so we can plan enough medication for your visit. If you already use a GLP-1 medication at home, bring your prescription or packaging and we can arrange a refill after a consultation.
Most patients who contact us in the morning are seen the same day, and the prescription is issued straight after the consultation. If blood tests are needed, allow one extra day. From first contact to medication in hand is usually the same day or the next day.
Once prescribed, we deliver to your home, hotel, serviced apartment or office in Bangkok, 7 days a week, in temperature-controlled packaging. Delivery costs THB 300 per order. Outside Bangkok, we offer telemedicine consultations and nationwide delivery for most medications.
Most international health insurance policies do not cover GLP-1 medication for weight loss, although cover for Type 2 diabetes is more common. Check your policy; we can provide documents to support a claim.

Not directly. Thai pharmacies and clinics can only dispense against a Thai prescription. Bring your foreign prescription or medication packaging to your consultation and our doctor can prescribe the same treatment if it is appropriate.
