Step 1— Recognise the Signs
The journey usually starts with a pattern you can’t ignore — and the question of whether it’s “just them,” or something worth assessing.
In children, that often looks like persistent inattention, difficulty finishing schoolwork, restlessness, or a gap between effort and results that doesn’t add up. In adults, it can be chronic disorganisation, difficulty focusing, missed deadlines, or a lifetime of “not living up to potential.”
The key is the pattern: difficulties that are persistent, show up across more than one setting, and genuinely get in the way of daily life. If that sounds familiar, an assessment brings clarity.

Step 1 Fee — Initial Score Assessment & Intake Consultation: THB 5,500 (fully deductible from the specialist assessment if you proceed)
Standardised measures we draw on include the NICHQ Vanderbilt Assessment Scales (parent and teacher), the ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS-v1.1), and validated screens for related concerns such as anxiety — selected to build a complete, accurate picture.
Step 2 Fee — Specialist Consultation & ADHD Assessment: THB 54,000 (includes the testing battery, comprehensive report, and feedback consultation; the THB 5,500 intake is fully deductible)
Step 2 — Intake Consultation & Initial Scoring
Before any specialist testing, we begin with clinical clarity.
For children, assessment forms and an information-release document are provided to the school, so we can understand behaviour across home and school settings — the input that makes a diagnosis accurate rather than guesswork. You’ll then have an intake consultation with a doctor at our clinic, who reviews the scores, takes a detailed history, and recommends the right next step.

Step 3 — Specialist Assessment
Once the picture is clear, our specialist builds an assessment plan around the individual.
Conducted at the clinic or online, the initial specialist consultation reviews the patient’s history and determines the right, tailored battery of tests. The assessment session itself is then carried out at the clinic, typically taking up to 3 hours — and, depending on the patient’s needs and attention span, it may be divided across multiple sessions so they stay fresh and the results stay reliable.
Each assessment is personalised, and may include:
- Clinical interviews and history-taking
- Behavioural questionnaires (parents, teachers, and the patient)
- Standardised cognitive and psychological testing
- Evaluation of attention, executive functioning, emotional regulation, and learning-related concerns
Step 4 — Report, Feedback & Ongoing Support
An assessment is the beginning, not the end.
A comprehensive written report is provided within approximately two weeks of completing the assessment. You’ll then have a feedback consultation to review the results in plain language, discuss management strategies, and explore your options.
If a diagnosis is confirmed, support stays within one team — educational and behavioural strategies, and, where appropriate, medication and ongoing management with our psychiatrist. Because everything is coordinated under one roof, your family moves from understanding to support without referrals elsewhere or starting over.

Dr. Sarunporn “Jay” Sirikietsoong is an American Licensed Clinical Psychologist with 7 years of experience, fluent in English (proficient) and Thai (native). Dr. Jay works with children, adolescents, adults and older adults, conducting psychological assessment, talk therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and providing supportive, patient-centred care across both inpatient and outpatient settings.
For ADHD, patients often choose to see Dr. Jay for psychoeducational and neuropsychological assessment, diagnostic clarification, and as a starting point before any medication decision. She conducts assessments in both English and Thai.

Dr Supinya “Dr Beam” Techamontrikul ” a Psychiatry Resident at Phramongkutklao Hospital, brings experience treating anxiety, depression, insomnia, mood disorders, and addiction-related conditions. He combines strong clinical expertise with a compassionate, patient-centred approach, helping individuals navigate mental health challenges and improve their overall wellbeing.
For ADHD, patients often see Dr. Beam for diagnosis confirmation, medication management, and psychiatric assessment — as well as for related or co-occurring conditions such as anxiety, bipolar disorder, or PTSD. He is available across Asok, Sathorn and Phrom Phong, with telehealth follow-up available throughout Thailand.
